SHIPPING POLICY All orders placed will be shipped directly from SunriseMarian.Com at the expense of the Customer, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping rates will reflect our actual costs. Customer is responsible to indicate if special shipping arrangements, i.e. Express Post, Air, UPS or a different address than indicated on their order, are to be used. All costs are the responsibility of the customer and Canada Post rates, at time of shipping, will be used for calculations. All orders placed will have shipping charges applied to the final bill. Only Canadians will be charged applicable taxes. RETURN POLICY All sales are final, no returns will be accepted. Defective or Damaged Merchandise, please call 1-800-884-1171 for customer service, where a replacement will be sent to you, Sunrise Marian Centre reserves the right to issue a credit applied to your customer account to be used against future purchases if a replacement is not possible. On occasion, we'll require that defective or damaged merchandise be returned to Sunrise Marian Centre for inspection, also the courier that was used may require inspecting damaged merchandise and packing material used in shipment before a credit can be issued.
